The vehicle keeper will need to send the original dating certificate as evidence and a completed form V55/5 (first tax and registration application form).

Together with all other relevant documents for the first registration to the:

Chassis number
Taken from the headstock (or on early models left rear side of upper frame)

Engine number
Early 4 Speed – Left rear crank case top
Later 5 Speed – Right middle crank case top

Photos – Frame Number – Engine Number
